STEP ONE
The first step for all students is to email your previous transcripts to admissions@citizenshighschool.com for a free transfer credit evaluation and diploma pathway projection. If you need further assistance with how to request your transcripts, we’re here to help.
Once received, the transcript evaluation will be completed within 2 business days and returned to you with the exact number of credits needed to complete your diploma.
STEP TWO
Review the Transcript Evaluation and Graduation Pathway and sign up for a “free” 30 minute Consultation Call with a military admissions specialist to go over your Transcript Evaluation and plan out your pathway to graduation.

The CHS Arizona High School to Military Program is designed to help students complete their high school diploma while preparing for a career in the military. Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of future military recruits, providing a clear academic pathway and additional support to help you succeed.
Here’s how we assist:
School Choice Funds: We guide students through the process of applying for school choice funds to help cover tuition costs, ensuring that finances don’t become a barrier to completing your education.
Graduate Early to Enlist: For students eager to enlist in the military, we offer personalized consulting on how to accelerate their studies and graduate early, ensuring they meet the enlistment requirements within their desired timeline.
Military-Focused Courses: Our curriculum includes military-focused courses that help prepare students for military life. This includes ASVAB preparation to ensure you’re ready for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, a key test for military recruitment.
Free Gym Membership: To help you physically prepare for boot camp, we provide a free gym membership to support your fitness training as part of your preparation for military service.
Our program is built to help you stay on track academically while giving you the tools you need to be physically and mentally ready for the challenges ahead in the military.
At CHS Arizona, we offer comprehensive ASVAB preparation to help you secure a higher score, which can increase your eligibility for a wider range of military jobs and potentially a higher paid enlistment bonuses. Our ASVAB Prep Course covers all the key sections of the test, ensuring you are fully prepared to perform your best.
In addition, we work closely with your military recruiter to monitor your academic progress and make sure you’re on track to graduate in time for your scheduled boot camp date. This collaboration helps ensure there are no delays in your enlistment process and that you’re fully prepared, both academically and physically, for military service.

No, you do not need to be a resident of Arizona to enroll in the CHS Arizona High School Military Program. However, if you plan on using the Arizona Scholarship Fund rather than self-paying for your tuition, you will need to be a resident of Arizona to qualify for that scholarship.
No, you don’t need to have chosen a specific branch of the military before enrolling. We can assist by connecting you with a local recruiters in your area who can provide detailed information on each branch of the military, help you understand your options and find the best fit for your interests and goals.
The best way to determine your timeline for graduation is to complete a Transcript Evaluation. Our admissions team will assess your previous coursework and provide you with a clear pathway and estimated timeline for graduation based on the credits you have already earned and the requirements you still need to fulfill.
