STEP ONE
The first step for all students is to email your previous transcripts to admissions@citizenshighschool.com for a free transfer credit evaluation and diploma pathway projection. For the initial evaluation, you can email a picture or PDF version of your documents for this review. However, we will need your official transcript directly from the previous school(s) to ours within 60 days of enrollment, see the official transcript form here. Still have questions? Email us!
Once received, the transcript evaluation will be completed within 2 business days and returned to you with the exact number of credits needed to complete your diploma.
STEP TWO
Review the Transcript Evaluation and Graduation Pathway and sign up for a “free” 30-minute Consultation Call with an Admissions Specialist to go over your Transcript Evaluation and plan out your pathway to graduation.
STEP THREE
At CHS AZ Academy you can chose to graduate with an 18 Credit Career Diploma Program or a 24 Credit College Diploma Program.

The 18 Credit Required for Career Diploma Program:

- Choice of 10 Electives

The 24 Credit Required for College Diploma Program:
- 4 English
- 4 Math
- Choice of 10 Electives
- 3 Science
- 3 Social Studies

Tuition Free With An Arizona Empowerment Scholarship
CHS AZ Academy is approved by the AZ Department of Education as an eligible high school for the Arizona Scholarship Account (ESA) Program. Eligible students may be enrolled with 100% of tuition covered by ESA funds.

Yes. All Arizona High School Academy classes are on line. Courses can be accessed at any time of day to fit your schedule!
The best way to determine your timeline for graduation is to complete a Transcript Evaluation. Our admissions team will assess your previous coursework and provide you with a clear pathway and estimated timeline for graduation based on the credits you have already earned and the requirements you still need to fulfill.
To submit your transcripts, please email them to admissions@citizenshighschool.com. If you have any questions about how to request your transcripts, feel free to reach out for assistance.
Once you have completed your transcript evaluation, you can register and begin your classes.
