Even though the world is getting smaller every day, not everywhere has the same access to technology. Citizens High School’s correspondence program provides students with an offline, textbook-based distance learning experience that provides the opportunity to earn a high school diploma from anywhere in the world, even if internet is hard to come by. Our offline students use textbooks that we’ve created to help complete coursework independently – allowing them to innovate the way they graduate.
Fulfills high school diploma requirements in order to Graduate and move on to a career using a a traditional correspondence model of learning.
Fulfills all high school graduation and diploma requirements, PLUS additional coursework required for college and university admissions using a a traditional correspondence model of learning.
Students who have already completed high school coursework can transfer eligible credits to CHS towards their chosen degree track. Simply contact admissions within 30 days of signing up for a plan to submit required documentation.
Courses taken at CHS may also be eligible for transfer back to your local high school of choice. Once you complete your registration for your course you will receive a welcome email and it will contain a link to the transcript request site. Just click on the link and fill out the information and when you complete your course, CHS will automatically send your school an official transcript and notification will be sent to you.

Forensic Science 1
Fingerprints. Blood spatter. DNA analysis. The world of law enforcement is increasingly making use of the techniques and knowledge from the sciences to better understand the crimes that are committed and to catch those individuals responsible for the crimes. Forensic science applies scientific knowledge to the criminal justice system. This course focuses on some of the techniques and practices used by forensic scientists during a crime scene investigation (CSI). Starting with how clues and data are recorded and preserved, the student will follow evidence trails until the CSI goes to trial, examining how various elements of the crime scene are analyzed and processed.
