CHS Tuition Explained
At CHS tuition is charged to all registered students. CHS does not charge extra fees for instructional support, books, student services or any other required support the student needs to complete their courses. It is that simple.
If you are a U.S. resident or a green card holder you will pay the establish tuition cost less any scholarship or grant that lowers the ”out of pocket” cost that the registered student will pay.
International student that register to study with CHS are required to pay the full published tuition rate unless they present CHS with a recognized scholarship or are a registered student under a separate contractual arrangement with Citizens High School.
All financial aid, such as , scholarship, grants and other will be applied in order to lower the out-of-pocket cost of the established monthly tuition payment that are published on the specific program web page.

- School Choice Student are charge the full $875 per course based on their state scholarship sysgem funds the entire cost of CHS tuition. This charge can be adjusted based on each state’s scholarship requirements.
- Individual International Students are charged the full $875 per course.
- International Students who come to CHS through a contractual agreement pay a tuition price that is set through negotiation between CHS and the contracting company.
