Citizens High School is Accredited through the Middle States Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSACESS).

Middle States Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSACESS) is a voluntary, peer-based, non-profit association that performs peer evaluation and regional accreditation of public and private secondary and elementary schools in the Mid-Atlantic United States. CHS is excited that our institution is deemed worthy of this prestigious honor.

The mission of Citizens High School is to provide students a quality high school diploma through distance education with a well rounded academic foundation, leading to social and economic mobility.
