Welcome to Citizens High School (CHS). CHS is an online school serving students throughout the United States as well as Internationally. We provide services to students enrolled in public, charter, private, as well as the homeschooled student. Please take a moment to review the information submitted by one of your current students and complete the remainder of this form so that we can provide you and your student with the best service and information throughout their time here at CHS.
Once you have completed the school portion of the form an email notification with your username and password will be sent once your school’s account has been created. The following information can be seen with you school’s account access:
- Student’s official transcript
- Student’s progress and updated grade information
- Course requests
- Course Catalog
- Direct communication with our Student Services staff

Although Citizens is an Accredited High School, acceptance of CHS credits is ultimately up to the receiving school’s discretion. If you are concerned about your institution accepting them, CHS offers Transfer Credit Program; click here to learn more.
Transfer Student Form Instructions for School Representative
Please electronically fill out this form and click Submit Transfer Response. This form will then be automatically submitted to our Student Services department. As soon as the school’s account has been created you will receive an email notification with your username and password. Please use the first three blanks below to complete the following statement:
(Student Name) has been given permission to compete (Course Name) with CHS and the credit earned will be accepted and applied to their current transcript as: 1. Approved, 2. Need More Info, or 3. Denied. If Denied, please insert reason why in space provided below.
