CHS Military Scholarship Information
Up To $500
The amount of the scholarship may be up to $500
5 CHS Courses
The scholarship covers tuition and fees for up to 5 CHS courses, for a period of up to 5 months
Credit Based
If an applicant only needs 1 credit, they may be eligible for a $100 scholarship for 1 course
During the 5-month period of the scholarship, the student must:
Remain in good standing
Maintain a “C” average in each CHS course
Be actively enrolled in 1 or 2 courses per month
Basic Eligibility Requirements
The applicant must:
- Be between age 17 and the maximum age to enlist in their military branch.
- Be a non-high school graduate or a GED certificate holder
- Be committed to enlisting in the U.S. Military
- Be recommended by, and working with, a U.S. Military Recruiter
- Need 5 or fewer high school credits to reach the CHS 18-credit diploma requirement
- Be a registered CHS student
